are Wise bank transfers automatic?

withdrawing money from paypal to wise got to me in less than a day
a newer withdrawal yesterday didnt come through at all after almost 1.5 days.
do they take saturday/sunday off or what?

i should have never asked this question as one who understands computer engineering, but i really wanna know how this shit works. why some take longer than others?
