What the tool does is it will automatically exploit the Union SQLi exploit and upload a shell to a web server.
This will allow you full control over the web server using a php terminal.
I personally have used this and was able to shell my own site which I made vulndrainedble for testing purposes.
This tool will also tell you if a url is exploitable but a shell couldn't be exploited.
This program is super fast though and can test thousands of urls in a minute or two.
