DELETE current followers and REQUEST to follow others member

Hello, staffs,
I would like to make some suggestions to improve the forum's experience:
1. Followers may notice notifications from who they have followed on what they comment, what thread they reply, or even who they give reps to, etc
-> So some people will feel uncomfortable with this "feature" because of this supervise
-> I suggest a delete follower button to remove someone you do not want to follow you
2. Suggesting followers accept/decline button and notifications to allow or not allow ones to follow you on the forum
These things work like Instagram followers!
