Enable whisper msg sound

Suggestion:Enable whisper msg sound

Description:It's simply adding the same feature that already exist for mentioning aka sound plays if someone mentions you but for whisper as well

How will the suggestion benefit the users: I think it will be so useful because there is no sound for whispers so it will help users so they don't miss any whispers
