Marketplace question

Don't wanna argue just curious, how the forum administrators think new members should afford payment of premium membership if they're not allowed to sell in the marketplace?
And please if possible avoid useless answers like "It's a measure to prevent scams" since if a scammer wanna scam he would register pay membership and place his scam anyway.

You must have to invest something before you making money
weither it's your money or time
More you spend good time here more you will get recognised
No one believe new users since 75% of them are bots
Or we have a suggestions section here if you have any better idea

Thanks for replying, if i had the required money i'd have bought premium membership the problem is that i don't lol but i get that's my problem.
Anyway as you can see i'm no bot and even if i never had the feeling that forumsstaff really paid attention to new users suggestions i'll be sure to leave mine.
