photoshop plugins and extension manager shenanigans

So i just downloaded the crack to 3d map gendrainedtor 2 and i obviously downloaded a blocked version of photoshop, now i'm going to update my creative cloud but the thing is, can i download and use adobe extension manager safely, without having to worry about downloading a new version of the program, thanks in advance for any help
