Cleaner Links in Shoutbox

My suggestion is for links in the shoutbox to be displayed like leaked.wiki instead of https://www.leaked.wiki/ for example.
this makes the shoutbox seem a little less cluttered

good idea , but a better one instead would be to allow us to use more characters and do something like another forum has ( which I will not name , don't ban me )

you can have your link over text like in sig with this code
