who is the shoppy owner? before i heard that the owner was an important blocked member , i am waiting for a ltc payment too



i am waiting for over 5 hours , the client sent me $300

it arrived to the wallet shoppy created now it has over 105 confirmations, it supose to be sent to my wallet hours ago , but there is no movement:
