I do not use telegram, but yesterday fm whatsapp download and I think the same scheme works there. Since these are all messengers and they work according to the same instructions. You can do this with the "Mailing List" function. So you can send messages to multiple contacts at the same time. To create a mailing list:
- Open WhatsApp ( in your case Telegram) > Other Options > New Mailing List.
- Search or select the contacts you want to add.
- Click the checkbox .
