@KSZ let trial mods ban exit scammers

It happened today, trial modswere unable to enforce a ban on an exit scammer since they do not handle deal disputes. This should be altered; if trials discover an exit scammer, they should be allowed to ban them immediatelywithout questioning

Here's the person who exit scammed today, and @laxy couldn't ban him since deal disputes are handled only by @Liars

edit: If trial mods are a significant risk, at least find a way to get exit scammers banned faster. Using solely @Liars for deal disputes is problematic because if he's offline, exit scammers have more time to scam more people
