After only 15 days, I was able to withdraw 1.3k out of my permanently locked PayPal account and was able to help a few friends get their stuff unlocked hella early (not having to wait 180 days)

Im pretty sure its US only, but I plan on testing more and maybe releasing the method here PepeBlush
