Some type of restriction to new users

As bad as it may sound new userstakethe piss again, So as we all know It's fairly easyto make a new account and SalesTrash, Leave Bad Reviews, & More I feel likethere should be more limitations on new users sothis is a less occurring problem, of course, it wont stop it but limiting isthe best we can do for now.

just report the specific post anyone is welcome to join the forum, buy and sell. you were once like that guy no making multi's to do this is not allowed but we already have many great systems in place to prevent this as you need at least 20 post for a vouch, 10 for sb.
